2. General information on data processing
We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and – where applicable – the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Principles:
Processing in good faith, proportionately and for a specific purpose
Transparency for data subjects
Implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security
Data minimisation: We only collect data that we need for the specific purpose
3. Processing of data when visiting our website
3.1 Hosting and infrastructure
This website is operated by Eartheffect AG (Olten) on behalf of Future Perfect on its own server. The server is located in Geneva, Switzerland. No external hosting, analytics or tracking services are used; fonts and scripts are loaded directly from our server.
When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access, page accessed, referrer). These server log data are used exclusively to ensure secure and stable operation (e.g. defence against attacks, error analysis) and are automatically deleted after a short period of time.
3.2 Cookies and Tracking
This website does not set any cookies or use any tracking or analytics tools for visitors. A cookie banner is therefore not required. A technically necessary session cookie is set only for the password-protected editorial area, which is not publicly accessible.
3.3 Contact form
We use the information you provide via the contact form (name, organisation, email address, area of interest, message) solely to process your enquiry. The data is stored on our server in Switzerland and transferred to our internal project management and CRM system (operated by Eartheffect AG on servers in Switzerland) so that we can respond to and follow up on your enquiry. To protect against automated spam submissions, we check technical characteristics of the submission (e.g. timestamps, frequency); no external services such as reCAPTCHA are used for this purpose.
4. Communication and newsletters
4.1 Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and the time of your subscription. Your subscription only becomes effective once you have confirmed it via the link sent to you (double opt-in). The newsletter is sent via our own system (Eartheffect AG, servers in Switzerland); we do not use an external newsletter service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by emailing info@future-perfect.ch.
4.2 Business Communication
For client and project communication, we use email (hosted by Infomaniak, Switzerland) and Microsoft Teams. This may involve the processing of metadata (e.g. time of communication, sender, recipient) and content data.
5. Customer data management
5.1 CRM and project management
We manage the contact and project details of our clients and partners in our own project management and CRM system, which is operated by Eartheffect AG on servers in Switzerland. Data processed: names, addresses, contact details, communication content, contract details.
5.2 Accounting
We use Bexio (Switzerland) for our bookkeeping and invoicing.
5.3 Cloud storage
Our internal cloud is based on Seafile (server located in Switzerland). In some cases, Microsoft 365 and Google Drive are used as supplementary solutions.
6. E-learning / Moodle
We operate learning platforms on Moodle. By default, the following data is processed:
Master data (name, email, username)
Login details
Course details (e.g. modules completed, learning progress)
Interactions within the platform
Hosting is provided by our IT partner, Oetiker + Partner AG (Olten, Switzerland). Oetiker + Partner is contractually obliged to process the data exclusively on behalf of Future Perfect and to implement appropriate security measures.
7. Disclosure of data and transfer of data abroad
We only disclose personal data to third parties where this is necessary for the provision of our services or where there is a legal basis for doing so. Our website, contact form, newsletter and CRM system are hosted entirely on servers in Switzerland.
Data will only be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA, to Microsoft or Google) if:
there is an adequacy decision by the Federal Council or the European Commission, or
appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are in place.
8. Data security
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and other risks. These include, amongst other things, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, two-factor authentication for administrative accounts and regular backups.
9. Retention period
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Enquiries are deleted once they have been processed, provided no business relationship is established; newsletter data is retained until the subscriber unsubscribes.
10. Rights of data subjects
Under the DSG and – where applicable – the GDPR, data subjects have, in particular, the right to:
Information on whether we process data and, if so, what data we process
Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of data, provided there are no legal obligations to the contrary
Restrictions on processing
Disclosure/transfer of data (data portability)
Objection to processing (where permitted)
To exercise these rights, please contact: raeber@future-perfect.ch
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this privacy policy if there are changes to our data processing practices or to the legal requirements. The current version published on our website shall always apply.
As at October 2026
